    Early Readers Club

    Letters and sounds and stories, oh my! Let’s build foundational reading skills, gain confidence, and grow awareness of the world of words through games, rhyming, songs, and books!

    Garden Club

    Get those green thumbs ready! It is time to get our hands dirty in the garden! We will plant seeds, tend to our sprouts, and observe the magic of nature as it unfolds each week!

    Math Club

    Math is all around us! Through fun games, songs, and real-world connections we will build number sense and confidence with counting, patterns, measurement & more!

Register Here

Each club has 12 spots available. Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.

Each club needs a minimum of 5 students for the club to run.

The number of sessions per season will vary & correspond to PRCC Play School’s calendar.

Please note that registration is not complete until you receive a confirmation email via Playground.

$35 Registration fee will be due upon acceptance, and the remaining balance will be due March 1st.

 FAQs

  • Here are some guiding questions to help you reflect on your child’s readiness.

  • We do not currently offer drop in options. All of our clubs require advance registration.

  • Yes! We do offer prorated fees if there is an available spot in the club you wish to register for after the start date. Please contact us directly to check if there is an available spot in the club you are interested in.

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a makeup schedule within Yapa Clubs. Our program is structured on a seasonal basis and follows the school's calendar, so we're unable to provide an alternate schedule.

  • Not at this time. Yapa Clubs is an extension of your child's school day. The purpose of these clubs is to provide a seamless transition from the regular school day into the extended day program.

  • If your child was absent from school due to a reason other than illness, they are welcome to join their regularly scheduled Yapa Club.

  • Yes! We offer a 10% sibling discount for each additional child you register in the same Yapa Clubs season.

  • Yapa Clubs follows the Play School’s calendar and closure decisions:

    • Delayed Start: If the Play School has a delayed start, Yapa Clubs will run at the regularly scheduled time.

    • Full School Closure: If there is a full district closure or snow day, Yapa Clubs will be cancelled for the day.
